Absolutely! You start with a comprehensive training program that includes training at our franchise headquarters as well as additional training in your element – your own LunchBOX salon. This approach ensures our processes – be it our proven, speed-waxing technique, the online appointment system and every other facet of your business – becomes an easy, natural part of your regimen.

Additionally, LunchBOX franchisees receive a unique Concierge Coaching Program that provides you beyond-the-norm support and collaboration for a start-up business owner who may or may not have previous experience owning and operating a business, including assistance with:

• Setting up your salon with intention
• Developing your own vision and mission
• How to build a strategic implementation plan
• Working the timeline to opening day
• Tips on sustainable systems
• Ways to identify and strategize risk mitigating factors
• Recognize growth and success

Regular check-in sessions provide you with a time-out to plan strategies for success, recognize growth, and develop professional skills that are commensurate with the franchise. Yes. You are not limited to operating a single location. LunchBOX also seeks individuals who are capable of operating multiple locations. Candidates who have successfully operated multiple businesses may be suited to operating several LunchBOX franchises.

With multiple LunchBOX locations opened and running smoothly – and with a model and step-by-step plan, the LunchBOX team will guide you through all phases of the site selection, lease negotiation, construction, training, grand opening and ongoing processes for marketing and operations. We’re committed to making this a rewarding experience -- before, during and long after your grand opening. Once the franchise agreement is assigned, you receive a customized LunchBOX LaunchPAD – an iPad that is equipped with step-by-step documentation to get you rolling on time and with as little stress as possible. Also, as part of the implementation process, we offer weekly check-in meeting with your personal concierge who offers personal access to the inner workings of developing a franchise while keeping your personal priorities intact and in-line with your life’s intention.

No, but the waxologists you hire must be licensed estheticians or cosmetologists. If you plan on doing waxing services yourself, you also will need to be a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. We will provide you with the system and the training to open your LunchBOX franchise, hire staff and develop strong customer relationships.

LunchBOX royalty is 6 percent of the gross sales of the business. The marketing fee is 1 percent of gross sales, which helps support a number of national advertising campaigns on an annual basis. This includes nationwide social media outreach as well as the creation of ongoing, up-to-date marketing collateral.

The annual gross revenue for the Corporate Store from the period stated below was $478, 415.

The above disclosure represents historical financial performance of our affiliate-owned salon located in Boise, Idaho, which is operated as a Two-Suite Boutique Box.

A typical salon will have a salon manager and approximately 4 to 8 waxologists who are board-certified estheticians or cosmetologists.
